Welfare Provision

All serving personnel, veterans, and their families (next of kin and immediate dependants) who have served with either the current regiment or one of our antecedent regiments are entitled to request benevolence support via the Regimental Support Officer.

All requests must firstly be submitted through either The Royal British Legion or SSAFA. Supporting evidence will be required from the recognised agency in all cases who will then pass the case onto RHQ for wider support. Please note - no funds will be given direct to the individual but will be transferred to the relevant agency to manage.

Our Personnel Support Officer is available to offer further guidance, support and sign posting advice to you for most if not all of your welfare needs so please do not hesitate to contact her on rhqlancswelfare@gmail.com

If you believe that you are entitled to a regimental presentation upon leaving please contact the SSA from your parent battalion. They will check your contributions into the presentation fund and discuss options available to you.
