The Family

The Duke of Lancaster’s Regiment is a Family Regiment, and an extended family at that: a strong and supportive home base in Lancashire and the Border Counties is coupled with historic links to the Royal Navy and long-standing Alliances with Regiments throughout the Commonwealth.

Music is provided to the Regiment by its band and its Corps of Drums.

Liverpool UOTC, Manchester and Salford UOTC.

Army Cadet Force 

There are over 40 affiliated detachments throughout the regimental area.

Combined Cadet Force

We have 12 affiliated contingents.

 

Regimental Association Branches  

25 branches across the North West and beyond.

 

ROYAL NAVY

2 affiliated RN vessels: HMS Lancaster and HMS Triumph.

 

OVERSEAS REGIMENTS

19 allied and affiliated Commonwealth and foreign regiments.
