UK Mainland Delivery Postage

Orders totalling up to £14.99: £2.20 delivery charge.

Orders totalling over £15.00: £4.20 delivery charge.

Orders over £100.00 will be sent out by recorded delivery.

Orders will be sent second class by Royal Mail and will be processed within five full working days of order receipt. Orders maybe affected during holiday periods.

BFPO Addresses

This option requires discussion with the Shop in order that a delivery cost can be calculated. Please email rhqlancs@gmail.com in the first instance if you would like an item sent to either of the above.

All deliveries may be affected during busy periods or for items that are not in stock.

Non UK Mainland and Overseas Addresses

We are currently unable to ship orders outside of the UK or non BFPO Addresses.

Simple & Easy Returns

Items can be returned unworn with original tickets remaining in place at the buyer’s expense. You are advised to return goods on a “signed for” service as RHQ cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Items returned in a “brand new” state can either be exchanged or refunded. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay the return cost, however an exchange will be sent out free of charge.
